So, how does Judge.me stand out? Unlike Loox, which specializes in product reviews, Judge.me can also collect site reviews. And, if you have the same product across multiple shops, you can syndicate product reviews. While Loox is exclusive to Shopify, Judge.me also runs on other platforms, like Squarespace and WooCommerce.
Judge.me is also generally less expensive, and offers a free plan, whereas Loox is paid only. Photos and videos can be included in reviews for free on Judge.me, unlike Loox, which costs a minimum of $9.99. The difference in cost between the two unlimited plans is significant; Judge.me costs $15/month for an unlimited volume of orders and review requests, while Loox costs up to $599.99/month.
While both apps are great options for e-commerce stores in need of a reviews app integration, the one that is best suited to your Shopify store depends on your needs as a business.
